NEMATOLIN
Nematolin is an eco-friendly microbial pesticide. Nematolin consists of Paecilomyces lilacinus, a naturally occurring nematophagous fungus found in many kinds of soils through out the world. As a pesticide, Nematolin is applied to the soil to control nematodes that attack plant roots. It acts by infecting the egg and juveniles of pests and also adult female pests. Nematolin is known to produce Hypolytic enzymes including Protese and Cintinase. These enzymes aid in the degradation of Chitin and related proteins in the egg shells. Nematolin controls soil borne diseases like Root Rot, Wilt, Stem Rot and Rhizome Rot.
